Dana Hunt
Dana's passion for animals has been a lifelong journey, starting with volunteering at animal shelters and progressing to grooming at a veterinarian's office. Her grooming career officially began in August 2013, marking the start of her dedication to pet care and styling. Inspired by breed standard trims and their functionality, Dana finds joy in transforming scruffy floofs into well-polished and posh companions. Her expertise extends beyond the grooming table; Dana actively participates in grooming competitions nationwide. Notably, she achieved 2nd place in poodles and 1st place in Sporting breeds in her debut competition. Dana's commitment to excellence is underscored by her certifications: she is Pet CPR certified, AKC Bichon certified, and has completed the Hand Stripping Bootcamp with Michelle Evans. Continuously expanding her knowledge and skills, Dana remains dedicated to advancing her education in the field. At home, Dana shares her life with three beloved dogs: Jolene and Ronnie, both Pitties, and Allie, a Poodle Maltese mix. Her personal and professional life intertwines seamlessly, driven by her unwavering love and care for animals.

Crystal Holley
Crystal’s grooming story started in her grandmother’s salon, where she learned the art of care and connection. With over 20 years of experience, she’s worked everywhere from corporate salons to luxury pet resorts, and now brings her talent and heart to Bathewell, where she’s been a treasured team member since 2020. Her approach is equal parts precision and pampering—think “Beauti-Fur Makeovers” with a calming touch. Crystal holds multiple certifications, including Pet First Aid & CPR, AKC S.A.F.E. Handling, and Canine & Feline Massage. She believes in treating each pet like her own and creating a grooming experience that feels as good as it looks. In 2024, Crystal entered her first grooming competition and in 2025 she took home 2nd place in the Rescue Round-Up—a proud moment that reflects her deep love for animals and her dedication to the craft. At home, she’s loved by her rescue trio: Oakley the loyal shepherd, Pearl the sassy senior chihuahua, and Bindi the tiniest diva of them all.

Jamie Puckett
Jamie, with 12 years of grooming experience, has a deep love for dogs that began when they first watched Homeward Bound as a kid. Their passion lies in working with, pampering, and spending time with these furry companions, making grooming a perfect fit. Jamie started as a dog bather in 2012 and immediately fell in love with pet styling and care. What inspires Jamie the most about grooming is the love that dogs bring into their life. They are constantly learning new techniques and discovering products to help dogs look and feel their best. Jamie holds certifications in AKC safety and Canine CPR. At home, Jamie shares their space with three big dogs, an orange cat named Fish Lee, a little blue budgie, and a whopping 16 Mongolian gerbils. Their upbringing included big, fluffy Golden Pyrenees mixes. 🐾🛁🐶

With six years of grooming experience, Kerrie has refined her skills and continues to thrive in this vibrant career, always seeking professional growth. The dynamic and progressive nature of grooming is what keeps Kerrie inspired. She delights in the continuous learning curve, embracing new techniques and the joy of enhancing pets’ lives. Kerrie takes pride in her certifications in animal first aid and CPR, reflecting her dedication to pet safety. Her competitive edge shone through with a second-place win in the Asian fusion open class, and she looks forward to future contests. Kerrie’s animal family mirrors her passion, consisting of a standard poodle, schnauzer, chihuahua, Chinese crested mix, six chickens, two bearded dragons, a monitor lizard, a rosy boa, betta fish, a stink pot turtle, and a cherished cat. Each creature adds a unique joy to her life. Kerrie’s profile encapsulates her heartfelt commitment to grooming and her vibrant journey in the world of pet care. 😊

This comfort blossomed into a passion, as Taylor discovered a talent for grooming that also served a noble purpose: helping animals. Since 2012, Taylor has been dedicated to the art of grooming, constantly seeking to refine and enhance her skills, driven by a philosophy that there’s always room for improvement. What inspires Taylor most about grooming is the journey of learning and mastery. Rejecting complacency, Taylor embraces the challenge of bettering their craft with each opportunity. Taylor has pursued specialized training to ensure the best care for all pets, especially those needing extra attention. Their certifications include: Geriatric and Obese Dog Care with Mindy Dinwiddie Canine Massage & Safe Handling with Deborah Walker At home, Taylor is accompanied by a lively ensemble of five cats—Kiki, Moxie, Iggy, Ivy, & Brew—and a melodious parakeet named Bowie, all adding joy and harmony to Taylor’s life. Taylor’s profile reflects a deep-seated commitment to animal welfare through grooming, underscored by a continuous quest for personal and professional growth.

She thrives in an industry that’s always evolving, offering endless opportunities to learn and perfect her craft. Eager to embrace new challenges, Arielle is set to renew her CPR and First Aid training in August. She’s also nurturing the confidence to step into the competitive grooming arena. At home, Arielle’s heart belongs to her four-legged companions: Nala the PitBull, Butters and Kiara the Pomeranians, Tinkerbell the Chihuahua, and the occasional foster pup, all of whom bring joy and inspiration to her daily life. She transitioned to grooming full-time in 2017 and has flourished ever since, viewing each groom as an opportunity for creative expression and connection. Elizabeth is certified in Pet First Aid & CPR and is dedicated to advancing her education through future certifications and continued training. With her calm demeanor, detail-oriented approach, and veterinary foundation, Elizabeth ensures every pet in her care looks—and feels—their very best.
